Orders for the Miss Gay America videos are anticipated (but not guaranteed) to ship
within 10 business days of the receipt of the order.
All
orders will be delivered via signature confirmation
L & T Entertainment has
right to refuse refund if claim for refund is not made within seven (7)
calendar days of delivery.
Any returned
merchandise may be subject to a 10% refund fee (if payment was
made electronically)
Refunds requested on unshipped
merchandise will be subject to a processing fee. At minimum, the processing
fee will be the equivalent of electronic payment processing cost
There will be an
additional charge of $40.00 fee for returned checks
All orders are filled
on a first come, first serve basis. The average order turn-around time is a
week to ten days, however, in times of heavy order volume, the order
turn-around time may be longer.
