Gay America 2012 Kirby Kolby, Miss Gay America 2000 Catia Lee Love,
Miss Gay North Carolina America 2011 Jessica Raynes Starr, and Miss
Gay North Carolina America 1997 Tiffany Storm your hostess for the
evening.

Registration/Orientation (All contestants)
12:30PM: MGNCA Annual Luncheon
for contestants, judges, pageant officials and guests
2:00PM-3:00PM: Optional
Rehearsals for Group 1 Contestants
**Will go in contestant order,
one run through only, contestants must leave to be ready for male
interview at hotel on time**
RAMADA WOODLAWN
3:30PM - 5:30PM Male Interview
(Group 1) located in the Carlyles Restaurant (The holding area will
be outside the restaurant entrance)
SCORPIO
8:30PM: Roll Call (Group 2)
9:30PM: Roll Call (Group 1)
9:00PM: Pageant Begins
(Preliminary Judging)
Group 2: Evening Gown and
Solo Talent (3 minutes)
Group 1: Talent (7 minutes,
not including prop set up)
FRIDAY, AUGUST 10, 2012 at The
Scorpio and Ramada Woodlawn

Rehearsals for Group 2 Contestants
**Will go in contestant order,
one run through only, contestants must leave to be ready for male

3:30PM - 5:30PM Male Interview
(Group 2) located in the Carlyles Restaurant (The holding area will
be outside the restaurant entrance)

Mandatory Group Rehearsal

attending for presentation number)
12:15PM - 2:30PM: Mandatory
Group Rehearsal (All contestants & formers attending for
presentation number)
**Special Note to
Contestants: Please be sure to bring your shoes and accessories
needed for rehearsals! In addition, please bring your attire for
opening presentation for final night to have approval from MGNCA
officials.**
RAMADA WOODLAWN
6:30PM: Brandy Alexander
Cocktail Reception at O’Hara’s Lounge
7:00PM: Bar Tour for
Contestants, Formers & Pageant Officials **(mandatory for
contestants)**
Bus Pickup, meet in Lobby - be
sure to have your photo I.D. - We will be traveling to the following
bars: The Woodshed Lounge, Bar at 316, and then arriving at Chasers.
30-35 minute stay for The Woodshed Lounge and Bar at 316. Dress is
casual, NO DRAG!
10:00PM: Arrive at Chasers
10:30PM: Miss Gay NC America
2012 Review Show & Awards Banquet (mandatory for contestants to stay
for show)
**Bus will leave Chasers 20
minutes after review/awards banquet show to go back to the Ramada
Woodlawn.**
SUNDAY, AUGUST 12, 2012 at The
Scorpio and Ramada Woodlawn
SCORPIO

12:15PM - 3:00PM: Mandatory
Rehearsal (All contestants for presentation number)
7:00PM: Roll Call (All
Contestants)
8:00PM: Pageant Begins (Final
Night, Top 10)

Judges Critique: Will be at the
Carlyles Restaurant for top 10 only, time to be announced.
