Pageant Theme: Breakfast At Tiffany's
   
Opening Number:

                          Contestants should wear a Black cocktail dress that does not go longer than Tea Length. It can be shorter but can not be longer. The black cocktail dress can be embellished with AB or crystal rhinestones and/or black or silver sequins but sparkly embellishments can only cover 25% of the dress. Jewelry can be AB, Crystal, or Black. Shoes can be black, nude, or clear. Shoes can also be embellished but only with black or silver sequins and black, crystal, or AB rhinestones. No other color should be present on the contestant except black, with possible embellishments of black or silver sequins and black, crystal, or AB rhinestones. Hats, gloves, and glasses are permitted as accessories in the style of Audrey Hepburn from the movie "Breakfast at Tiffanys". Accessories have the same regulations as do the dress in that they should be all black and are allowed embellishments of black or silver sequins and black, crystal, or AB rhinestones. Hair should be worn in a style complimentary to the contestant.

Stage Dimensions:  the stage dimensions are 19' wide x 17' long however the back portion of the stage is 19' wide x 7' long then the stage narrows to a 12' wide x 3'long runway which then narrows again to a 4' wide x 9' long runway
